Peanut Butter Oreo Bark.
Mint Oreo Bark.
I'm not going to waste your time, so let's make some now!
The ingredients are simple: Cool Mint Oreos, Peanut Butter Oreo Fudge Cremes and Chocolate Chips. Of course, you could use any other Oreo flavors you like – Double Stuffed, Chocolate Creme, you name it!
You and your family are going to eat a lot of these, so for the Peanut Butter Oreo Bark take the ENTIRE package of Peanut Butter Oreo Fudge Cremes and crush them up in a bowl with a utensil or break them up with your hands. It's messy, but just break them up as best as you can.
Next, melt Chocolate Chips (about 6 oz.) and add in the crushed Peanut Butter Oreos. Mix well until thoroughly coated.
Spread out on a cookie sheet lined with wax or parchment paper.
Place in the refrigerator until set, approx. 30 min. It depends on how thick you spread the bark out.For the Oreo Mint Bark, it's the same process.Mix together melted Chocolate Chips and crushed Mint Oreo cookies until well coated.Spread out on a lined cookie sheet and chill in the 'fridge until set.Chilled Mint Oreo and Peanut Butter Barks! These Oreo Barks are SO good. Best of all, they are incredibly QUICK and EASY, so perfect for potlucks, birthday parties, you name it!
